HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
When online payment is received (e.g. credit card or PayPal) a confirmation email is sent to you with a download link. The link also appears on the Thank You page. The download link is available for 30 days. If you require the link after this time, email us at email@example.com and we will re-send the link.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
As our products are digital, once they have been purchased they cannot be returned and we will not provide a refund. Please be diligent in reading the product description and viewing the previews before purchasing the resource. If you have any questions regarding the resource please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to making the purchase.
WHAT IS A ZIP FILE?
A ZIP file is a compressed folder containing one or more files. If a resource has more than one file, a ZIP file will be used. Also, if a PDF is larger than 50 Mb it will be compressed into a ZIP file.
HOW DO I OPEN A ZIP FILE IN MS WINDOWS?
Right-click on the unopened ZIP folder. Choose "Extract All". Choose a destination e.g. "Desktop". Click "Extract".
HOW DO I OPEN A ZIP FILE ON A MAC?
Double-click the unopened ZIP file. The file should extract automatically.
WHAT IS A PDF FILE?
PDF stands for Portable Document Format. A PDF file preserves the layout of a file regardless of the computer used to view it. PDF's are best viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Download the most up-to-date version HERE.
MAY I SHARE THE FILE WITH MY COLLEAGUES?
No, sorry. Neither paid nor free resources are able to be shared with others in any way. They are for your own classroom students or your own personal use. Please do not post the resource anywhere on the internet. If someone is interested in the resource, please direct them to this website.
WHY ISN'T MY DOCUMENT PRINTING PROPERLY?
If the file is a PDF, especially a PDF with a lot of graphics, it may look fine on your screen, but may not print out correctly. If you’re having trouble printing a PDF, please be sure that you're opening the PDF with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Once this application is downloaded and installed to your computer:
Open the PDF file with Adobe Acrobat Reader
In the “Page Sizing & Handling” section, select “Shrink Oversized Pages” if needed
Click on "Advanced"
Check the "Print as Image" box
Print the document
